Acknowledgements

This website is a digital reflection of my biological self. Its existence is only possible because I am fortunate enough to have the time, resources, knowledge, and motivation to build it. I would have none of those if not for the help and influence of many people.

First and foremost to my lovely spouse Amanda. The very warmth of my life, both literally and figuratively.

My siblings, without them I would only know what it means to be myself. Through them I know what it means to be a Rubin.

Thanks to my extended family for not being terrible people, and for teaching me how to properly yell at the television.

If not for my cohost Rym I would not have made podcasts and lectured at conventions for even one year, let alone for over twenty. At best I would be some awful streamer.

To my found family—the Front Row Crew—for broadening my perspective and setting me straight one annoying debate at a time.

I would of course be nothing if not for the hard work of educators be they college professors, public school teachers, internet tutorial creators, and all others in-between.

Thanks to anyone who has ever taken time out of their day to enjoy something I have created for making this work easier. I don’t particularly care for fame or attention, but an audience any size greater than one makes a huge difference.

Most of all I owe everything to my parents. Only later in life did I see what situations other people had been born into, and realized I had effectively won the lottery.
